1. How if i want to make the puzzle without showing the clues but leave the number clue in the puzzle?

Can you please explain more completely what you mean? How are those who are to complete the puzzle able to get the clues? Do you mean hide the answers instead of hiding the clues?

If what you want is to save the puzzle grid with the numbers in place you can do that by the following:
1. Under the "File" menu go to "Export"
2. Select "PDF" as the type of export
3. In the pop-up menu choose "Puzzle Grid" and check the "Puzzle" (or "Answer Key" if you wish).

To Export Showing Grid w/ Numbers Only

4. Export your puzzle grid to where ever you wish to keep it.
