I am trying to use SB for the first time and I get an error message that says "unable to connect to product database. check your internet connection". I have...the connection is ok...what is the problem?
I bet you are using iPhone OS 3.0? If so that is the problem. Apple made a subtle change that is causing the problem. We have a fixed version that is in review (it has been in review for 2 weeks), that will fix the problem. Thanks for your patience.
We've updated our database so Save Benjis 1.4 will work on iPhones running OS 3.0. Version 1.4.1 is also currently in review and fixes a few other minor problems.
